Estate Planning

Protect yourself and your loved ones throughout your lifetime and beyond with a personalized Estate Plan that—depending on your needs—could include:

  • Last Will and Testament

  • Trusts (all types)

  • Powers of Attorney

  • Advance Medical Directives

  • Appointment of Guardianship

Motivated by her own experience of the stressful and expensive probate of her father’s estate (with a Will and Trust), Nikki’s goal is to help her clients avoid going through the same experience by having a correctly prepared Estate Plan in place.

With step-by-step guidance through the estate planning process, Nikki will help you develop an individualized Estate Plan that protects you in the event of incapacitation and ensures your assets are distributed according to your wishes at your passing.

As a result, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your affairs are in order and prevent future confusion and disputes for your family during an already difficult time.

Probate Matters

Make the probate process as quick and painless as possible while avoiding unnecessary complications, disputes, and expenses.

Whether you’re an Executor of an estate responsible for dividing assets among beneficiaries or you’re faced with navigating probate without a valid Will or Trust in place—a more complex process called intestate—Nikki will guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you carry out your loved one’s wishes or successfully settle an unplanned estate.
